  • Organizational Development and HRD: During the first 15 years of his career, Troels worked internally in large international companies, with a particular emphasis on the development of HRD, corporate culture, and the ongoing journey towards creating High-Performing Teams. Drawing from these experiences, Troels developed his own concept of High-Performing Organizations.
  • Consultant and Advisor: For the past 10 years, Troels has served as a consultant and advisor to a wide range of Danish companies and foundations. Since 2014, he has been part of People ApS, where he has conducted numerous board evaluations and facilitated leadership training and workshops. His client portfolio has been diverse, with a particular emphasis on the Life Sciences, Finance and Foundations.
